Purchasing from Homech®
The following terms apply when buying products from Homech® online or through our authorized retailers.
Placing Orders
When you place an order on our website, you agree that:
- You are legally capable of entering into contracts.
- Your billing and shipping information is accurate and complete.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for your order. Credit card charges will appear as “Homech”.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time, even after you receive a confirmation. Some situations where this could occur include:
- The product is no longer available.
- There was an error with the price or product description.
- We suspect your order may be fraudulent.
Prices and Payment Processing
Prices displayed on site are in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States. Sales tax will be added where applicable.
We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed. Exceptions may apply for orders not yet shipped.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment details, you authorize Stripe to debit your account.
If charges are declined or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel your order and potentially suspend your account. See Account Termination below for more details.
Shipping and Delivery
We process orders quickly, aiming to ship within 1 business day via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Transit times depend on your location and chosen shipping speed:
- Standard: 3-7 business days
- Expedited: 2-3 business days
- Express: Next business day
Rush processing is available for an extra fee. This aims to ship your order within the same day if placed before 2 PM Eastern.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier details and tracking information once your order has shipped.
We currently only ship to the continental United States. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO boxes, or any location outside the U.S.
Important exceptions: Some oversized/heavy products have special shipping restrictions and may not be available in all areas. Please check individual product pages for details.

Returns and Refunds
If you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You can return most unused products in new condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please see our Returns Policy for complete instructions.
For health and hygiene reasons, some products can’t be returned once opened. Please check individual product pages for return eligibility.
All refunds are processed to the original payment method. Once approved, refunds usually process within 3-5 business days.
Availability and Pricing Errors
While we work hard to provide accurate product and pricing info, errors may occasionally occur.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel orders of that item. If your order is canceled for this reason, we’ll contact you directly.
If you ordered an item listed as out of stock or unavailable, we may need to cancel that portion of your order. You’ll be notified if this affects your order.
Account Security and Termination
To provide a safe, seamless shopping experience, we monitor orders for fraudulent transactions. If we suspect fraud, we may:
- Contact you to confirm order details.
- Cancel all or part of your order.
- Suspend or terminate your account.

Account Deactivation and Termination

We may also terminate accounts that remain deactivated for over a year. You’ll be notified before termination so you can reactivate if desired.
